In the software you can assign many different actions to each unique foot pedal. Keyboard/Mouse/String/Multimedia/Game. PC sees the pedals as an additional keyboard. The software used to set up the pedals does not need to be running once you have them set up to the keys you want. You can map via the USB keyboard or virtual keyboard within the program.
