• IN LINE CALL CONTROL AND MUTE: The included Y cable gives the trainer full control during the call and allows them to mute the microphone of either the trainer or the trainee using the slider switch on the training cable.
• COMPATABILITY: Our Phone Headset Training solutions include a training Y splitter and a Standard Universal Smart Cable with a modular RJ9 / RJ11 type plug which will connect and work in any desk phone with a standard modular type headset port.
